Speakers

Norbert is a business advisor and executive with 20+ years of leadership experience in management and execution, business development, and advisory in Asia and North America.
In recent years, Norbert has led cross-functional teams in multinational organizations in the areas of operations and finance, digital growth and transformation, business development, product management and customer experience. Earlier in his career, he was an advisor with global consulting and financial advisory firms.
Norbert enjoys volunteering with not-for-profit organizations and Christian community groups. He has also served as a long-term volunteer and national board member of a large international humanitarian organization. Norbert has a passion for helping people and organizations to reach their full potential.

Jelyn currently serves as a Digital Messaging Experiences and Sales Manager in HSBC, and has more than 7 years of experience in digital marketing, including working on paid media, content marketing, social media marketing, blogging, CRM, and digital project management.
Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, and having worked and studied in Hong Kong and Canada, Jelyn has a wide breadth of experience in the application of digital marketing practices across different cultures and media landscapes. She has worked in a variety of industries such as the supply chain industry, education, and financial services.
In addition to supporting ACS in their digital engagement initiatives, she is also an advocate of diversity and inclusion, mental health, sustainable living and refugee aid.

Neetu is a creative, detail oriented and resourceful communicator with a proved capability of helping organisations connect to their stakeholders. She currently works directly with companies to deliver on their content marketing strategies, including work on social media marketing, blogging and websites.
A journalist for 16 years, Neetu built her career at reputable media companies including CNN International, STAR TV and the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong. In 2010 she launched healthcare and medical tourism magazine Global Health and Travel as its founding editor, steering the media brand for seven years to cover healthcare and medical tourism developments across JAPAC and the Middle East. In 2018 she pivoted in-house to manage communications for a global education company.
Neetu subscribes to Einstein’s wisdom that we cannot solve problems with the same thinking that created them. We must stop and listen, which is the backbone of being a good communicator.
